Privacy policy

This site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. Here is what we collect, why, who else handles it and what your rights are.

  • Who is responsible

Devotter Tech is responsible for the personal data you send us through this site. For any question about your data, write to us.

DEVOTTER TECH S.R.L., registered office: Str. Fântânilor nr. 15, Dej, jud. Cluj, România. Trade register no. J2024032038008, VAT and tax ID (CUI) RO50719259.

  • What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the type of project and your message.

The form collects nothing else, and we don't buy or receive data about you from anyone else. Server logs are covered below.

  • Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails, and we never sell your data. Only the services listed below handle it, on our behalf.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

  • Who else handles it

The form is delivered by Formspree, Inc., a service based in the United States, which forwards your message to our inbox. Formspree processes the data on our behalf, and transfers outside the EU rely on the safeguards described in its own privacy policy.

Messages arrive in our mailbox at Zoho Mail, our email provider, stored in its EU data centre. This website runs on servers we lease in the EU, in Germany, which keep standard logs such as IP addresses and request times for security.

  • How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as the project and our legal obligations require, then delete it.

  • Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, so reading a page sends no data to font services.

  • Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or have it sent to you in a portable format. Write to us and we will reply within one month, as the GDPR requires.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Romania, where we are based, this is ANSPDCP; you can also turn to the authority in the country where you live.

  • Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
